Check-in was fast, efficient and friendly in Toronto, despite the long line.

Flight departure was on time and everyone was boarded by row number so it was very orderly.

The older A310-300 was in tip top shape. Every seat had a pillow and with seat pitch of 32" it was in line, if not better than most legacy carriers today.

Flight crew were friendly and seemed to care about their jobs. A complementary beverage and generous sized breakfast sandwich was served. They also played a recent release movie.

I have flown Air Transat many times over the years and they have always been great! I look forward to my next flight with them!
