This flight took off on time following a very efficient and friendly check-in. The staff were pleasant and mostly professional. In the cabin there was a communication problem with one crew member namely a Chinese woman who spoke less than fluent English. The IFE System was modern and worked well but the seat pitch was not so good. The food was mediocre and some of the toilets unclean. Overall it was reasonable but expensive.
