This was the return portion of a JFK-ZRH x FRA-JFK. The experience with Lufthansa from the moment I arrived at its First Class Terminal Building to the baggage claim in JFK was simply "over the top."

Everyone should have this experience at least once in his life. The hospitality at the FC terminal, the chauffeur driven Mercedes S-class car, and the fantastic service on board the aircraft were not to be believed.

Excellent menu, wines, and entertainment occupied this eight hour flight to New York. The two member crew in first class could not do enough for the passengers. The head purser checked on us from time to time and asked if anything more could be done to make the flight enjoyable. It was all fabulous!

I look forward to my next time with Lufthansa and send my best regards to the crew of flight #400 on the 11 April.
