I like Lufthansa for their professionalism when it comes to irregularities. Our plane had to be replaced last minute for technical reasons, within 30 Minutes another plane and crew were provided. The Captain himself came to the gate and explaing the reason for this short delay and the measures that will be taken. He was applauded by the passengers. Drinks and newpapers were provide free of charge in the gate area in MUC airport.

Very nice seats, good legroom, snacks and drinks on board free of charge served with a smile.

I can only recommend Lufthansa for its client oriented product and service, no wonder they have been voted best airline in Europe.
