Fantastic service on Thai, travelling Tokyo to KL via Bangkok.

Business class product provided by Thai is up there with the best. Planes are in good shape, in flight service is fantastic and the staff are extremely attentive and courteous.

My only complaints were that on one flight the IFE kept crashing and required to be restarted each time. Secondly, Bangkok airport is not the best when compared with other Asian airports and you sometimes have a very lengthy walk when changing plane.

In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Thai over carriers such as ANA or JAL, as the service is on a par if not better and the cost is significantly cheaper.
