Instead, because of delays, it was listed as the 2345, which obviously caused some confusion. This was furthered by the fact that the staff at checkin assured us that the plane was on time and everything was OK. There were no announcements or information about the flight from Onur Air in the 5 hours that we were at the airport. At just after midnight our gate opened and we boarded. Despite being one of the first to check in, we were given the seats at the very back, which did not recline and were very uncomfortable. The return journey was fractionally better. We boarded on time and had better seats. However, it appeared we had missed our slot and had to sit in a hot stuffy plane for 45 minutes waiting to take off. Bodrum airport is very quiet and pretty much nothing was landing or taking off in this time but we still sat there. Drinks on board were 3 euros for a bottle of water, so I'd recommend taking your own. In summary, I shan't be flying Onur Air again. I believe customer service is important and we definitely saw none of that. | ||
