Home > EasyJet > 2009 > ReviewTaken 7 July 2009 from Newcastle - NCL to London (Stansted) - STNGood flights. Outbound flight delayed slightly due to thunderstorms in London. Not easyJet's fault and we were kept up to date with progress. Again not easyJet's fault but was annoyed at having to pay £29 return for the train to London. Return flight three hours late due to a tech problem with an earlier flight. We were kept informed and provided with refreshments and the situation was handled very well. Arrived a bit late into Newcastle but easJet did well to not cancel a single flight that day to or from Newcastle despite being one aircraft down. Well done easyJet. | ||
