Taken 4 July 2009 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Dubai - DXB

Dreadful service from an airline loosing millions of pounds a day. Cramped seating, possibly the worst legroom of any longhaul airline. Food was dreary and the cabin staff disinterested. I find Royal Brunei the best on this competitive route and even Virgin offer a more professional service.

A bland meal served by curt and insincere staff, asking for a second glass of wine got me an evil look from a steward more concerned with his weekend jolly in Dubai.

If BA go out of business like Willie Walsh reckons they would not be missed.
