I always prefer to sit on the upper deck on the 747 as it feels like a private jet; quiet, comfortable, and excellent service is always provided. The two crew members, one male and one female had a hard time from one male passenger who became irate due to reason unknown, but I would like to say the the female crew member on the upper deck dealt with the situation very well, and I would like to commend her. I would always recommend British Airways. | ||
