Taken 10 July 2009 from Brussels (Bruxelles) (National/Zaventem) - BRU to Muenchen (Munchen,Munich) (Franz Josef Strauss) - MUC

I booked early January this flight after Brussels Airlines cancelled my flight "due to operational reasons". Price by SN: 150 euro, LH: 100 euro. It took 3 months to have my money back from SN!

In both directions LH used an Avro 85 Jet. Online check-in is not only free but you can choise your seat. Inflight is for this short hop adequate: in both directions sandwiches and drinks where served: you could receive more if you want and surely at 7 am I was happy with a 2nd sandwich and 2nd coffee!

Outbound was bang on time, inbound we arrived 5 minutes before departure with a bus, but the cleaners where still working in the airplane. After that, the captain told us that we needed to wait that all lugage was boarded: this took also 30 minutes extra. Arriving was 20 minutes later in Brussels, but who cares?

The price and service remembered me that there are alternatives for "low cost". It was - again - a good experience with Lufthansa.
