Pearson International Airport) - YYZ to Montego Bay (Sangster) - MBJSunwing does not know the meaning of the words customer service. Any customer service can do a great job when it is a good flight. It is when things go wrong that they show their true colors. The flight down was great. The flight home was a nightmare. I was sitting in an aisle seat, a women was sitting in the window and her husband in the middle. Upon sitting down the female decided that she could not sit in the same row as her boyfriend and myself as we were overweight. She stood up and started to yell that she could not sit with 2 "fat" people as she could not breath. The flight attendants let this girl continue to yell and act like a spoiled brat for 30 minutes while they tried to find her a different seat. Other passengers told her to sit down and shut up but she refused. Let it be noted that I fit into my seat with the arm rest down and in the seat belt comfortably. Sunwing did absolutely nothing for me on this flight and did not try to put a stop to her behavior. Upon returning the customer service has sent a too bad for your luck email. This company has no empathy and really could careless if they keep your business. I will never fly this airline again. | ||
