The F/A were smiling and service was OK but on the way to IAD, there was only 6 small bottles of red wine for economy class which was fully packed. The meal was not really good but acceptable. The second meal consisted of a sandwich which was good but really small. The TV screen was small and not really good quality. It is quite difficult to watch a movie when the passenger in front of you reclines his seat. The sound was mediocre. On the way back, it was the third of the month and the program given for movies was from the month before. The crew didn't know it and could not tell me which films was showing. The worse thing of United is Dulles airport. I had a connecting flights more than 2 hours later and it took me 2.10 hours to go through immigration. Fortunately I didn't miss my next flight because it was delayed more than one hour due to a technical problem. | ||
