Home > United > 2009 > ReviewTaken June 2009 from Chicago, IL (Chicago-O'Hare International Airport) - ORD to Seattle, WA (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport) - SEAI usually fly Alaska Airlines and find their schedules mostly on time, and the staff exceedingly cordial and helpful. However, due to full Alaska flights at last minute booking home from Chicago, I was forced to resort to United Airlines. United broke the barrier for late departure, incredible lack of manners of the 'seasoned' staff members, and this was in First Class~~!! More astonishing is that I paid FULL FARE for this First Class flight, and yet was called upon in the waiting area to 'volunteer' my bulk head reserved seat for another passenger's needs. I made it clear at the time of booking and paying that I needed proximity to the toilet as have had abdominal surgery which causes pressure. When I refused to 'donate' my seat, it was interesting that the male counterpart in the bulkhead seat across the aisle was never called upon to donate his seat. No further comment. | ||
