The ground staff were friendly although Guarulhos airport is not good SAA managed to enhance my experience.

When I first got into the VIP ROOM I thought it was small but after exploring for a while I realized it was big enough and I managed to unwind before departure.

I was received by a delightful orange juice (can`t drink) and friendly staff which managed to get me my amenity bag, two pillows and a blanket.

The flight was delayed by a few minutes due to a issue with engine number three, but staff kept us up to date.

The dinner and the breakfast were hot and with their amazing flat bed I could manage to get six hours of sleep and arrive refreshed for my day, the shower and the breakfast offered by the Intercontinental Hotel (complimentary service) was amazing too.
