Another outstanding short flight on Southwest. Up and back same day. Both flights were operated with new Boeing 737-700s and the interiors were clean and in good condition. Both flights were on time. The FAs were cheerful and engaged in lively banter with the passengers. Ground staff boarded both flights efficiently and created no chaos whatsoever. Southwest's website was easy to use and their fare structure is easy to understand and fair to the customer.
