LAX-LPL and NCL-LAX with connections in Amsterdam each way. I was travelling with my 7 months pregnant wife. KLM's FAs and the ground crew in Amsterdam bent over backwards to accommodate us and make sure my wife was comfortable, offering extra pillows, water whenever she needed it, etc. When we landed in AMS there was a wheelchair and motor cart waiting to take us to our connecting gate.

KLM's first class product on its 744s lags a bit behind BA, LH or AF but is still excellent, and any shortcomings were made up for by the excellent onboard service. The AMS-LPL and NCL-AMS flights were operated by KLM Cityhopper Fokker 70s. They were cramped but OK for short flights.

In short, if you're pregnant or travelling wit a pregnant woman you can count on outstanding service with KLM.
