Flight changed to Embraer 195 jet which is the best jet aircraft to fly on. Lovely and clean with very comfortable seats. Service onboard was acceptable and most of the crew were very cheerful and welcoming.

Flight normally on Q400 which is scheduled at 1 hour and 30 minutes. This time it was the jet which was faster and we landed into Exeter 45 minutes early! This was a brilliant service by Flybe and I shall certainly continue to use them - they rarely let me down if ever!
