Check in at Heathrow was a bit chaotic, had staff at portable check in desks before reaching the regular check in desk. However once I reached it quickly given boarding cards. Flight on B777 was full to Nairobi. Crew gave excellent service, good food and drink. Landed early. After 3 hour layover flew via Accra to Monrovia on B737. It was a 5hr 30mins first sector. Again good catering, good crew. Delayed departure from Accra due to a fire in their offices there which meant a manual checkin for joining passengers. Also a passenger was removed from aircraft due to dispute with crew. Landed slightly late at Monrovia baggage was last to arrive on belt but intact. Return flight check in much better than last time due to improvements at Robertsfield looked more like a modern airport with new seating area and shops!!! Overnight flight to Nairobi on time full meal service on each of the legs, good quality, friendly crew. After 6hr layover flight to London was only a third full which meant I had three seats to stretch out on. Food service was again good, three different meals on the three legs. We landed slightly early although by the time we reached the gate it was exactly on time. Overall very pleased with the service and will use Kenya AW for travel in Africa.
