Home > SriLankan Airlines > ReviewTaken June 2001 from London Heathrow to SingaporeFormerly known as Air Lanka until Emirates took control of the management a few years ago. Very impressive - every passenger has inflight TV's, and a decent choice of channels. The meals were actually reasonable as well. Cabin crew were consistently nice and the flights were on time. Their hub, Colombo, is a little underdeveloped compared to other international airports, but you can see how hard they're trying - and it's working. Certainly worth trying, and they appear to be significantly cheaper than a lot of other carriers. They certainly make other South Asian carriers look bad. Emirates have done a great job. | ||
