Taken July 2001 from Birmingham to Paphos

This was the second time that I had flown with Air 2000 and whilst other airlines such as Britannia seem to get better each year, Air 2000 just gets worse.

Cramped seats are usual, but this was taking it too far, people on the flight were being moved around so they were able to sit in a seat next to the gang way because that way they would manage to seat in the seat. Comfort was appalling and people did actually struggle to fit in the seat.

Food was good both ways, as was the service.

Small delay was the airlines fault.

This airline would be recommendable if it wasn't for the comfort, I will definitely be sticking with Britannia in future, easily the best charter airline.
