Taken December 1999 from London Gatwick to Sydney

My wife & I, flew home for the millennium celebrations. Never again with this airline.

Cost us £1700.00 each, in cramped conditions

(Britannia has added extra seats to their 767, this involves removing the leg room in front of the passenger with total disregard for their comfort). The crew were rude and unhelpful (this is a 24 hour flight).

We are regular flyers & understand the needs for comfort & relaxation, NOT STRESS and HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! We were offered a window seat at check-in, only to have a wall. This is because of the extra seats Britannia has put in, not everyone gets a window when they should, and if you do, your seat is pushed forward of it, giving only half a view if you're lucky.

To compound our discomfort, the seats we were sitting in did not move. Unfortunately, the seats in front did, and squashed our legs even more. We learnt from other passengers the fare they paid ranged from £200.00 upto £1000.00 This left us feeling totally depressed, disillussioned and ripped off.

I sent my comments to Britannia expecting some sort of reply, but they just couldn't be bothered or cared less about their clientel feedback.

I have never travelled on anything less than a 747 aircraft so a 767 all the way to Australia, is not what I plan on experiencing again... EVER!
