Club Premiere service was excellent as usual. The only problem is that they do not pre-assign seats until 24 hours before departure. They pre-assign seats by phone within 24 hours of departure ONLY to Business Class passengers and elite Frequent flyers. The family had to be split and needed to negotiate with many on board passengers to even get the kids to sit with their mother.

The food in Business Class is excellent even on short 90 minute flights.

Sometimes they keep the cabin pressure too low and your ears pop. If you are travelling with kids, make sure that they drink from a water bottle during takeoff and landing to help with their ear pressure. Infants may need to be breast or bottle fed.

The flight arrived slightly ahead of schedule.
