Both flights slightly delayed - about 20 minutes late on the outward leg and 1 hour on the return leg. Partly due to Air Traffic Control, but as it was a Saturday in peak summer holiday time, it's understandable.

The aircraft was clean and tidy, although my wife had a flight safety card for completely the wrong type of aircraft on the way out.

The staff were helpful and wear bright, modern uniforms which combine with the jazzy colour scheme in the cabin to give the impression of an airline making a break with tradition.

Buzz includes no food or drink within its ticket price, but you can buy refreshments at reasonable prices. However, the selection was limited and by the time we were served (which seemed to take an age by the time the FAs had dealt with all the money aspect), many of the items advertised were not available.

It made a pleasant change to fly to the tiny Murcia airport instead of busy Alicante. The airport has only 4 check-in desks and 3 departure gates, but we were disappointed that the duty free shop was shut for siesta(!) when we were there.
