Home > Aeroflot > ReviewTaken July 2001 from San Francisco to VladivostokI approached the flight with a certain amount of angst: flying Aeroflot from New York across the Pacific Ocean to Vladivostok. But the experience was much better than I expected. The plane was modern and nice. The flight attendants were, without exception, statuesque, very pleasant (bordering on flirtatious), and gorgeous beyond belief. Their English language skills were limited; but my college Russian courses gave me the basics I needed - to be dangerous. My jaw dragging on the floor kept me from focusing on my initial safety concerns. The flight was uneventful with all of the usual activities: a decent meal, movie, and duty-free items for purchase. I spent most of my time, though, enjoying the friendliness of the stunning flight attendants. Someone at Aeroflot unquestionably decided that a pre-requisite to being hired as a flight attendant - at least for the S.F. to Siberia route - is breathtaking beauty. Wow! | ||
