This was the first time I have flown with Airtours, and it was a pleasant suprise, after reading some of the reviews.

Both flights left a few minutes late, but still landed ahead of time. I had pre-reserved extra legroom seating, giving loads of legroom over the main exit door, so the comfort was good on both journeys.

The food wasn't as good as on some other charter airlines, but it wasn't too bad.

The crew were friendly and helpful.

The infight entertainment system didn't work very well on the outbound flight, but it was only a 2 hour flight so that didn't matter much.

Overall it was a good flight, and I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again, but it was not quite up to the standard of Air 2000.
