Home > KLM Cityhopper > ReviewTaken February 2001 from Bristol to SchipholMy flight from Bristol was the last (to my knowledge) leaving at 5:15pm. We were delayed 15 minutes, which was nothing to be annoyed about, especially since the departure lounge at Bristol was so quiet! I was able to leave my hand luggage (a small travel bag) by the airstairs, for the ground staff to put in the cargo hold. It would be by the stairs when I arrived at Amsterdam. We pushed back 20mins late, and spent a good few minutes holding before departure. Takeoff roll was noisy, the Fokker 50 has a reputation for being a little rattly on takeoff (not that I am complaining!). Leaving Bristol we were immediatly served with very nice sandwhiches, and also a donut :) Watching the sunset was magnificent, and we flew over both Bristol and London on our way! Arrival into Schiphol was 10 minutes early, thanks to a strong tailwind. Slow leaving the aircraft, because of a Eurowings ATR72 pushing back beside us. Overall, top marks for KLM Cityhopper, clean aircraft, great service, friendly flight attendants and few delays! | ||
