Taken August 2001 from Tenerife to Manchester

2 and a half hour delay on the return flight due to a technical problem with the A321. The replacment aircraft was a Boeing 757 which was due to be flying to Corfu, but Air 2000 had felt we needed it more. Felt sorry for the people who had been left stranded at Manchester because of this. I think this is a case of Air 2000 looking after their scheduled flights before the charters. Even the cabin crew seemed rather supprised by managements decision to send them to Tenerife rather than Corfu.

Once on board, again a very clean and new looking aircraft. Excellent service from the cabin crew and the inflight entertainment actually worked on this aircraft.

Landed back at Manchester 2 hours late which isn't too bad by todays standards. Another very good flight on an excellent airline, although the passengers who were flying to Corfu that morning may disagree.
