12 hour delay in Moscow with no explanation. Got herded to a poor quality hotel with only a meal of egg mayonnaise and apple juice.

Finally departed on an IL-96 aircraft. Very tatty interior, the seats collapse. No in-flight movie or music. Announcements shouted over intercom in broken English. Food is very bland. Poor beverage service (2 on a very long flight), but water at the back if you want it. Lots of drunk passengers and one guy was being sick - crew didn't want to know.

On landing in Bangkok, very turbulent. Passengers were running down the aisles throwing up seconds from landing. Crew did nothing to stop them.

So poor I didn't use the return portion of my flight ticket and flew back on Cathay Pacific instead!
