Home > Air Atlanta > ReviewTaken August 2001 from Manchester to Paphos27.5 hour delay. No replacement aircraft! The staff refused to talk to passengers at Manchester. Attitude and service terrible. To be told the staff are doing you a favour working their day off after this delay is terrible. Captain was at the airport at 11.00am and still there at 3am the following day, then flew at 15.00. Would you feel safe? Airline grounded 4 years ago and that's what should happen again. Small town cowboys!!!!!! | ||
