Heathrow to Tokyo was on an almost new 747-400 which was smooth, immaculate and comfortable. Tokyo to Brisbane was on a 70's decor 747-100 which was noisy, bouncy and rattly in comparison. Cabin crew couldn't have been more helpful, meals good, complimentary beverages abound, and in flight entertainment superb. One hour delay departing Tokyo on return due to a French air traffic control dispute (surprise surprise). | ||
