When I went to Cyprus the cabin crew had a very bad attitude and I thought this was out of order. I was sitting on the end aisle and the man who was serving the food kept bashing my elbow with the trolly. Also my little brother suffers from excema and was uncomfortable and was hot, so we asked for a drink and they had the same reply as what they told you (we will be landing soon). Then when I complained to him he just laughed. I then took this matter further and wrote an official complaint to the airline company when I arrived back in England and all they could say was that they were very sorry. I think this company could do with sorting out
