Taken July 2001 from Belfast to Arrecife

At check in we were advised of a 4 hour delay due to a technical problem with the aircraft. When the new departure time arrived we were advised by the Airtours International rep of a further delay to the flight. The airline rep did his best to keep us informed of what was happening, but it seemed that the info he was getting was poor.

A four hour delay turned into an 11 hour nightmare. Again, pity about the company the excellent employees work for!
