Having only just located this website I thought I would also like to share my views in aid of the future travelling public.

Recently I flew from Luton to Arrecife to visit friends. This ticket was booked at a cost of 159 pounds 48 hours before departure. I made my way from South East London at 06:30 and arrived at the Luton Airport Parkway at 08:00. I collected my ticket and made my way through to checkin which was quick, pleasant, and the ground crew were excellent.

Having not been to Luton since the new terminal was built, I took the opportunity to look round. The airside facilities are excellent,like Gatwick with about 95% less people. Nice and relaxing was my thought. Lots of space in the main gates where we boarded too. Bussed out to the plane well before time.

Took my seat in 12D(extra legroom) and we pushed back. Staff did the safety demo, being on the exit one stewardess pleasantly briefed us on how to open the exits. The captain the advised the route and off we went, to the sounds of Abba playing openly in the cabin. Take off was rapid.

The audio system was not working meaning we all had to listen to Nigella bites on TV, but that was fine. Lovely meal, didn't know the hot buns were coming and had nearly eaten all my meal when they came with them. Good all round service from an excellent cabin crew headed by Ray.

Nice flight over Lanzarote and an almost as perfect as you can have at Arrecife landing. We landed a good half hour early too. Brilliant airline, flown many times. Praise your crew.
