Home > United > 2001 > ReviewTaken October 2001 from Vancouver to Washington NationalAfter all that United's been through in the past few months, what with 9/11 and all, it's great to see that their levels of customer service have increased substantially. Not only are their reps on the telephone more friendly and accomodating, but the gate agents and flight attendants for my flight were all great. I connected through Chicago where a thunderstorm meant that all American flights to DC were being cancelled, and all United flights were being delayed by 2 hours - I'm grateful to the gate agent who got me on a 'earlier' flight that got me to DC 30 minutes before my scheduled arrival time. Space on the plane was also great, as empty rows meant that there was an empty middle seat on all 4 of my flight segments. | ||
