Air Canada did not keep us updated on the flight departure time, basically we were kept in the dark for 5 hours while Air Canada changed shifts and tried to ignore the problems at hand. On arrival at Heathrow, Air Canada washed its hands of us and left us to fend for ourselves trying to rebook connecting flights and find the right terminal. Never again will I fly Air Canada. It's a shame Canada 3000 went bust, they were much much better. | ||
