Due to the weather the flight was delayed, which is understandable, however, they said that the plane at first was late coming in due to the snowstorm. When it arrived it was caked in snow, so I don't know where it arrived from or how it could fly with snow all over it. I don't think it was arriving from anywhere. The SAS staff told us that the delay would only be 30 minutes. We boarded the cold, snowed in plane, and I knew that this would take longer. In fact we sat in the cold plane for 2 hours before we could take off. Why we couldn't wait in the lounge is beyond me. Not only was there no heat, but not enough blankets to go around. Once we took off, the food was cold (Swedish delicacy). The actual flight was good and the staff friendly, but the biggest mistake that SAS made was on the ground. | ||
