Taken January 2002 from Glasgow to Funchal

Newish aircraft - crew pleasant - delays 20 mins on return journey.

Food mediocre to say the least, but by far the worst aspect was the lack of legroom on a 4 1/2 hour flight.

The entertainment on both journeys was interrupted several times unecessarily and some features left unfinished because of the perceived need to interrupt to announce the pending arrival of the duty free (Ha!) trolley, drinks trolley etc etc.
