Home > African Safari Airways > ReviewTaken January 2002 from Frankfurt to MombasaAs a frequent flyer I know the demands long haul flights put on ones body. So to upgrade to Club Class was no real hardship. What we got was a completely different story. I have in the past heard of companies ripping their customers off, but this company is the lowest of the low, GUTTER LEVEL. How can ASA justify a cattle class seat as a Club Class one! Service, what service. The stewards, although one could use another word to describe them, if they had so much as managed a smile, their faces would have cracked under the strain. Choice of food?? Sorry was that a question or a statement!!! It was either beef, beef or nothing. If any of you poor souls out there are veggies? Beware, pack your own meal. To sum up this airline and tour operator, a total lost cause. If anyone wants to see Africa, best to travel with the countries own airline and not a Swiss company who tries to imitate Africans, capable of extorting money out of the poor traveller. This gives anyone a very poor insight of what Africa and their people are really about. In all fairness I feel this company MUST be struck off the tour operators list | ||
