Home > LOT Polish Airlines > ReviewTaken February 2002 from Copenhagen (CPH) to Warsaw (WAW)CPH-WAW LO462 1h20m 1910-2030 B737-500 The flight was on time, quite empty on a late Friday afternoon. The seats were OK, not much legroom, though. The crew didn't seem to enthusiastic about the security presentation - neither did the passengers. The weak point of LOT on this flight was the meal service. We were offered a tray with bread (four small pieces in a plastic bag), two slices of ham, two slices of cheese with herbs, a small portion of egg/mayonnaise salad, and two small chocolates. The meal was boring to say the least. My travel companion described it as horrible. Though the crew didn't smile much the service was quite good. They came around to offer drinks several times (the red wine was great). On the return flight from Warszawa to Copenhagen we were served exactly the same food! When I went to the toilet on the return flight I could see that they had the kitchen full of trays of exactly the same food as we had. So now you know what to expect.... All in all: Food bad, service good, on time and cheaper than SAS flying the same route. | ||
