Home > EasyJet > 2001 > ReviewTaken January 2001 from London Luton to MalagaThe staff at Luton were very friendly and check-in was swift and efficient. This choose your own seat policy is good, I prefer this over being told where to sit. Surprisingly, because of the quick turnarounds the aircraft was clean. The onboard food, like all low fares airlines was expensive, but when we paid £49 return per person I suppose this is where they make their money. The flight was pleasant, nice crews who kept us well informed, especially promoting the fact it was a brand new -700 series plane. But new or not, the seats were cramped, but the rest of the plane was great and working well. The return was late, and staff didn't keep us well informed. The boarding card procedure EZY does, didn't work cause they announced the flight then everyone just ran to the gate. Top marks, better than Ryanair and Buzz, but GO remain my no.1 choice. | ||
