Home > GO > 2001 > ReviewTaken January 2001 from Newcastle to London StanstedJust changed my allegiance from BA at Heathrow, after using the very friendly now defunct Gill Airways for a while (from Stansted). Stansted is a far better airport than LHR, LGW and the horrid Luton. Go are great value for money, only paid 35 quid return. Short flight, with a dead easy checkin at Newcastle and a very easy disembarkation at Stansted, I was on the Stansted express within 20 mins of touchdown and in London only 40 mins later. The crew on board were very friendly and helpful, especially with an old frail lady near the front of the aircraft who seemed a little disorientated, but the crew pointed her in right direction. I booked the flight on www.go-fly.com, and found the site easy to use and very straight forward. I don't understand why anyone would fly BA on this route, Go were a pleasure to fly on! | ||
