Taken January 2002 from Buffalo to Tampa

Delay departing from Buffalo due to mechanical difficulties, compounded with snow / de-icing. Flight departed about 45-60 minutes late. Connection at JFK was supposed to be easy - we were to stay on the same aircraft. Instead, they switched aircraft on the JFK - TPA flight and they made us run across the terminal to catch the connection with minutes to spare. Relatively comfortable, leather seats and the live DirecTV is fantastic. Crew very polite and accommodating.

The most amazing thing was that anyone who was going to miss their connection at JFK due to the late dep from BUF was rebooked on the next available flight before we left BUF - no one was going to be forced to wait on line at customer service at JFK. How refreshing.

Food service is cookies or chips. One drink run per segment.
