Because in LOT you always feel like somebody special, like a guest, not just a passenger. Morning flight was 10 minutes delayed, but we get the newspapers, welcome drinks, plane was clean, cabin crew beautiful (BIG PLUS FOR LOT - ALWAYS PRETTY GIRLS!!!!), smiling, helpful. Flight wasn't crowded, just 14 people in Business, but the service was excellent! Crew was speaking very good English and... French! yes! So much joy! Food was OK, just a regular airline food, but served with a great smile, and personal touch! Many passengers were sleeping, so the crew didn't bother them. We landed in Roissy on time. Another good flight with LOT - totally recommended to everybody!!! | ||
