Taken January 2002 from London Heathrow to Sydney via San Francisco

Travelled from Heathrow to Sydney with a 2 hour stop over in San Franciso.

I found the crew to be extremely rude, it would have been more comfortable to be sitting on a 6 inch nail that a United economy seat. I was unfortunate enough to have spend 28 hours with a 2 hour break travelling with them.

The food is appalling and reheated so many times it resembled chewing gum.

On such a long haul flight I hoped the inflight entertainment would improve things, but I was so wrong. Do United purposely choose the 5 worst movies of the year to show? To make matters worse I had to endure the same 5 movies on the return leg some 4 weeks later.

I paid top price for this below standard airline. I do hope the oldest commerical airline in the world improve, and they can start by employing pleasant crew.
