Cabin crew were excellent and the hot breakfast was one of the best I have had on an airline. Headphones are quite expensive at £2.75. The return flight was very different. Our flight was delayed by 12 hrs due to a technical fault. So instead of departing at 7.20pm from Palma we departed at about 7.30am the following morning. The condition of the plane was a disgrace. One of the crew members told us that because the plane had been delayed for so long it was thought best not to order cleaners for the plane. This was to try to reduce the turn-round time to keep the delay as short as possible. I would rather have waited an extra 20 minutes for the cleaners instead of sitting in a plane with rubbish from 2 lots of passengers. Crew unfriendly and the entertainment rubbish. It was like travelling with two different airlines between the outbound and inbound flights. I will never travel with Airtours International again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They also seem to be a very bad airline for punctuality. | ||
