Home > JMC > 2002 > ReviewTaken April 2002 from London Gatwick to Lanzarote, ArrecefeModern aircraft, friendly crew but unacceptably short seat pitch. The last time I ever fly charter again - the 4 hour flight was unbearable. Unable to sit flat on the seat, my knees pressed against the frame of the seat in front. The aisle seat on the return flight had a fixed armrest so unable to extend my leg along the aisle. JMC evidently comply to the letter in terms of seat pitch regulations - obviously risking the odd DVT claim is worth the profit. It's time charter airlines bucked the trend for pocket change flights, in favour of removing a few rows and increasing leg room - I'd rather have a lighter wallet than endure another flight like this. | ||
