This airline is very organized and makes travelling easy. You can check-in and print your boarding pass on the web so you don't have to wait in line at the airport, they have computer check-in stations both at the counter for those with luggage, and at the gate for those with only carry-ons. You only have to check in once, either at the counter or at the gate, not both.

The people working there are generally nice and helpful, and the food usually isn't too bad.
