Taken April 2002 from Amsterdam to New York JFK

Flight departed AMS twenty minutes late, but made up for it in the air landing at JFK on time.

Cabin crew not particularly pleasant!! I was given the wrong visa entry form on board the aircraft which delayed my passage through immigration at JFK.

The flight itself (Boeing 747-400) was OK, but a little cramped for someone like me with long legs!

In flight entertainment was pretty poor.

Return flight (JFK-AMS) was delayed by two hours due to a fault with the aircraft. Meals were average.

Would I fly with Northwest again? Maybe, but only if it was the cheapest option.
