Home > EasyJet > 2002 > ReviewTaken May 2002 from London Luton to Amsterdam SchipolBoth outbound and return flights were on time, the staff extremely pleasant and helpful, and the aircraft were spotless. Return aircraft was one of the recently delivered 737-700's which was more comfortable and much quieter than the old 737-300 we flew out on. Cabin crew were superb in all instances. Like many others, I was initially attracted to EasyJet for their incredibly low fares, but I'm now growing to really like their product in its own right. The lack of marketing tripe and pretension surrounding their service is very refreshing. All EasyJet claim to do is get you from point A to point B cheaply, cheerfully, safely and punctually, and they deliver these things very well. Who needs leather armchairs and "free" meals (usually grotty, and added to the ticket price anyway) when you're in the air for less than an hour? | ||
