Aircraft was late arriving from Manchester which resulted in a 2 hour delay. However crew soon made up for this as they were superb. Really friendly and nothing was too much hassle.

Flew out on Airbus A330, nice clean aircraft and returned on same aircraft. Return flight was just after Sept 11th and a lot of passengers had opted to come home early, so the aircraft was really empty. Got the pick of the seats and same crew coming home.

Again service was great, very clean aircraft and food was good. A certain cabin crew member called Vasco (really nice guy) went out his way to make our flight that bit special. Think he was on commission to recruit new staff, but I think I'll stick to policing the streets of Glasgow LOL.

Will definitely fly with Monarch again.
